Shaw Floors - Carpet Care Training Program (MAC)
Shaw wanted to create a unique and dynamic program highlighting the benefits and associated procedures of proper cleaning and maintenance. three squared’s core objectives were to increase Shaw’s effectiveness of communication by accurately targeting the delivery of marketing and educational information to the defined audiences; create a modular, value-add resource for clients; provide a secure way to offer employees helpful tips and encourage ongoing training for product care; allow visitors to take quizzes to stimulate information retention; and to also support both English and Spanish languages. We produced Hi-Definition video content and combined it with interactive environments. We also developed a mini Learning Management System (LMS) which allows Shaw to track many elements of the program including usage and traffic origination.
